Main Curtain: 3” X 22g solid curly lath or 3” x 20g solid lath dependant on shutter size. Available in plastisol, perforated, punched, as an extra.
Side Guides: 50mm x 25mm, 63mm x 25mm or 75mm x 25mm dependant on shutter size.
Bottom Rail: “L” section x 1.5mm or “T” section x 1.6mm.
Plant on angles: 50mm x 50mm x 3mm, 75mm x 50mm x 3mm or 100mm x 50mm x 3mm, 75mm x 50mm x 5mm dependant on shutter size.
Top plates & box: 255mm, 305mm or 355mm dependant on shutter height.
Top roller: 89mm, 100mm or 125mm dependant on shutter size.
Operation Types: Manual, spring assisted or spring assisted chain operated.
Single Phase tube motor, with or without manual override.
Three Phase with or without manual override.
Locking Types: Manual shutters - Central locking with lock bar shooting to both sides into the channels on turn of the key. Bullet type pin lock pushing from the front of the guide, through the shutter curtain and out of the other side of the guide. Ground lock concreted into the floor in front of the shutter, with locating loop moving up and down with the shutter, and high security close shackle padlock.
Electric shutters – The overall weight of the shutters holds down the shutter in the closed position however Henry Lewis use a unique locking device on smaller shutters for added protection.
Coil Cover- Standard cover from 20g galvanized steel sheet.
